Explore. Create. Discover.
How Many Ways Can We Paint?
June 16,17,18 10am-Noon
Create paintings using a variety of techniques and mediums. Children will learn that they can paint with almost anything. Each child will go home with a portfolio containing their paintings/papers at the end of the week.
The art exploration stations will include painting and stamping with a variety of objects, a collaborative outdoor weaving, and sensory play.
Tuesday: Paint using many different techniques to create papers for use in Wednesday's and Thursday's projects.
Wednesday: Explore Watercolors. Also, create cards and gift tags with painted papers from Tuesday.
Thursday: Artist Trading Cards
Cost: $50/child before June 8, $60/child after June 8.* All materials and a light snack are provided.
Class size is limited to 6.

Printmaking
July 14,15,16 2015 10am-Noon
Explore several simple printmaking techniques while learning basic design principles. Children will go home with a portfolio at the end of the week.
At the art exploration stations we will stamp/print with a variety of objects.
Tuesday: Mono prints and sun prints
Wednesday: Foam printing, and leaf prints
Thursday: Gelatin plate printing, continue leaf prints
Cost: $50/child before July 6, $60/child after July 6.* All materials and a light snack are provided.
Class size is limited to 6.

Camps are taught by Crystal Burgoyne at her home studio in Keizer, Oregon. Parents may stay with their child if they like. Home is smoke/pet free.
